As Purple’s Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively selling our unique services to customers within verticals like retail, leisure, stadia, health, education, housing, smart city or hospitality sectors. You will position and sell the benefits and return on investment to your customers via valuable analytical insights and customer engagement tools of cloud based customer data and analytics.
Identifying new opportunities with enterprise customers, you’ll develop strong and long-lasting relationships in order to manage a deal from start to finish.
Managing the sales pipeline, you’ll monitor monthly metrics including conversions, pipeline movement, activities and revenue. Additionally, you will deliver effective and informative presentations and webinars in order to connect to your client’s data and analytics strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience:
As the Enterprise Account Manager, you must possess fantastic communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, as well as a highly motivated approach. You must also be able to work autonomously and provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and selling capabilities.
Experience of selling into marketing functions, in particular an understanding of your customer’s data analytics strategy, customer engagement and social networking actions, would be beneficial to your application. An understanding of WiFi technologies will also be advantageous.
